No Doubt travels with a bunch of other musicians (ie horn players, back up vocalists, keyboards, etc). They're not part of the band so they don't typically get much face time, but it's better they employ musicians than just having it all recorded on a backing track.

@TimothyDempsey Good observation. I think at 0:47 there's a brief cut to the keyboard player. Guess he's not a band member so doesn't get to be up front with the rest of the band. I believe there's also a 2nd guitar which is visible in the background briefly.
