Im a Republican, but I want to say she is a true beauty inside and out, a true American Patriot who reached across the aisle and showed these clowns(on both sides) how to be CIVIL. A truly dignified LADY( in the classical way) and the people of Arizona were lucky to have her. My thoughts and prayers are with you Gabby Giffords. Stay strong! You are on Hell of an AMAZING human being!!! Hope you get fully healed someday soon and come can back and add some civility to these fools on both sides

OK, for the record, I admire and respect Congresswoman Giffords. I watched her resignation this morning and shed a tear along with everyone else. I wish what happened to her and the others had not happened. I wish her good thing life has to offer, and that she may some day return to congress.

Why I responded the way I did in my first post is your comment about Sarah Palin. Then, you had to drag my mother (rest her soul) into it?  Really?
