VERY GOOD MAKING SUSHI but just like to inform few thing to share with you . I have been study ART of COOKING in my school college . bamboo mat must have that wrap off no plastic wrap paper , and the rices that you did was well done look good but japanese use water to add the rice to make it rolls and sticky too . Also alway be sure you have to measure all the balance to make it equal so it wont not waste your food just like " you had alot of rice " but good to save to make it more . That all

I want plastic wrap covered bamboo mat to keep clean easier! I know I put too much rice along with seaweed (Nori).. I will know best next time! :) Thanks for your few tips. I am appreciated!

I am sorry for not reply sooner.. You can go to World Market store or Asian food store where they sell seaweed wrap.. :-)
