interesting.. but i failed only once with only the blue core (50% chance in double slots, 75% on 1 slot items) maybe i'm just lucky but i still think that using red cores to get just 3% extra chance is a waste '-' (just my opinion)

That is simply a skin for cabal. :)

It might look like the Shinobi skin, but not sure..

All cabal versions looks the same before the individual user choose to change the skin.

Simply by downloading a skin from, for example, the Cabal Online Forums (safest), backup and replace your current skin files with the modified ones.

Tho, according to the rules I don't think this is allowed. Mostly because of PR trough a standard skin and to limit the risk of keyloggers, I guess.

Hey im on cabal stuck on training upgrade quest i have the gloves (training armorgloves) and it says 0/1 on the quest

lolx... read the quest.. it will tell you what kind of mobs drop them... if you killed like 100 and still doesnt drop... just drop the quest and re-do it.. if it still doesnt work ... probably it is because that server sucks..
