not that I'm knocking these guys, they have incredible athletic ability, but this is not Parkour. Flips have no place in a Parkour vid. PK is about maintaining a FORWARD MOMENTUM to get from point A to point B as fast as possible. It is and ESCAPE TECHNIQUE, not a gymnastics show. That said, this is a sick video.

I will agree that this is a very good video, but they only do some of the parkour style running. They seem to be doing a lot of flips and landing on thin ledges and thats it.
