hehe i have just the thing for you... go on tools>internet options>advanced>scroll till u see security>make sure the ''check for server certificate revocation box is UN-TICKED!>scroll down a lil more tick the following boxes

use ssl 2.0

use ssl 3.0

use TLS 1.0

if ur getting the error 80072eff what no one can solve, not even windows live messenger support team can solve.

if u have this error u will have tried every thing like me, reinstalling, changing ur ip, reinsalling again, updating to a newer version of msn, messing with internet settings.

well i did all of this and for 2 weeks i was stuck.

Then i uninstalled firefox and it worked fine

I've had msn for a few months now, so I got plus and installed a new skin called vista ultimate, it came straight from the get new skins on the msn program. Evrything was good with my new skin. My skin had certain options where I could change the colour etc. But one day my msn program screen just went black, it still had the options like minimise, maximise etc, but when I repaired the program, the screen is still black. I've reinstalled msn numerous times, my msn is still blak
