Here's the thing all people should do before giving an opinion on a movie:

Watch the damn movie and give your own opinion, rather than just following an internet celebrity's view and taking his word for it. He of course tried to skew it to look negative.

I personally thought it was okay movie. Not great, it doesn't measure up to movies like Aladdin or Lion King, but I think it's a perfectly fine kid's film.

This is the broadway version, but it's still Jeremy Irons singing (the movie version's Scar)..Just thought you may want to know if you didn't already

The beginning part where he does the "I never found Hyenas essential" is from the broadway version. In the movie, he's talking about killing mufasa. And the instruments sound like the broadway ones...But it's definatly the same voices from the movie. Was it a bonus feature?

I've seen the play twice and I could've sworn that it had the part about killing Mufasa at the beginning like the movie. I believe this is the version off of the movie soundtrack.
