You know there is actually a glitch that gives you a good number of pre-war guns in operation anchorage(combat shotgun, assualt rifle, gauss rifles, trench knifes....etc) just type in the Gary 23 glitch and follow the video closely. Do it right, and you'll have cool looking guns that take a TON of time to degrade. (Do not do this unless you prefer a more non glitching exprerince of Fallout 3).

@pandasnip3r my way to start a new charecter is get 100 energy weapons and repair do "The replicated man" and side with the replicated man for his special plasma rifle A321s plasma rifle it deals 50 damage and is awesome

@BazzCott the chinese assault rifle does 51 with 100 small guns skill and 100% condition... I never used energy wepons throughout the entire game Is there any upside to them or are they the same stats as normal guns?

@matticus12345 energy weapons have bad aiming, low damage, medium-low range, and hard-to-obtain ammo, but it's fun when you shoot someone in the head because they turn into a pile of dust, definetly not worth it if you are serious about the game, a combat shotgun is WAY better if you're looking for close-quarters weaponry.

Don't me wrong - I don't like DLC. Most DLC should be in the main game, or be 15+ hour expansions. But the fact is, with the games market as it is today, DLC was obviously going to happen! What do I mean? Well, with more and more AAA $60 games giving you under 20 hours gameplay, a 10 hour DLC for $10 looks better and better! IGN say "if you don't mind paying $3 an hour. But will give a 9.0 to a game that is $60 for under 15 hours gameplay ($4 an hour) and never mention the cost!!!

The pitt was glitchy as hell broken steel was to long for a DLC mothership zeta was to short point look out was glitchy and small but had some cool guns so overall op ancorage was best in my opinion and not just because of the T 5ONE B armor

The chinese stealth suit is also a great addition. It adds 15 to your Sneak skill, and allows active camo every time you go into stealth mode... with the camo every time you go into stealth mode.

This DLC is best for beginners... If you go pretty much straight there from the Vault, you'll maybe level up to 3 getting there, and by the time you're done with the whole mission, you'll be at least a 7, possibly 8. Then you'll have some great gear to play the rest of the game with, especially if you're a stealthy character. The characters are just challenging enough for beginners without being too frustrating, so you get to learn the mechanics of combat.

@crazycath1977 uhh for u to rewake up after u finish the final mission u have to get the download and not be currently doing that final quest... so if u have a save before u started the final quest then u have to reload and start over from there otherwise the download wont work if ur in the middle of the quest.. sucks huh
