Watch the form as he executes it. Watch closely and you will see all of the strikes, blocks and kicks. Of course, you would not be doing it this slowly if in combat.
i was taught this style in beijing love it, helps to compliment my hung gar such a good style with a suprising amount of applications and chan si jing to train in plus ji building built in to the form LOVES IT I DO.
