a good way to have fun while walking on a tredmill is to make a playlist (put it on an ipod/mp3 or cd) and make it so that it's 20 minutes long (or however long you want to walk/run for). put your favorite songs on it that are motivating and pump you up. i like to make multiple playlists to switch it up.
what really helps me not despise the treadmill (as much) is to have it face a tv. put the tv on like a cartoon or something and put it on mute and then play some really fast dance music. that way you aren't just staring at the wall getting bored & the fast beats of the music make you want to move faster so you get a better workout.
Is that a Hello Kitty lunch box on the wall? I carried one just like it my senior year of high school haha :)
I hope you all do really well with this. Ive been trying to be healthier but since the summer came and I havent been walking to classes and such Ive been so lazy.
Thanks for sharing you story and journey with us i can really relate since i am trying to lose weight too i started gaining when i was about 5 also from depression cause my mom and dad were both meth addicts/dealers who pretty much abandoned me for the most part but now since they have both gotten clean and are back in my life i feel happier so i'm trying to lose about 60 pounds so that i can be healthier
please do be the creepy motivator. I love creepy motivators cause i am one of them! LOL
So with that said....
You have sorta hit on two of my favorite things that I sorta live by... I think every women needs to be told when they are doing something brave.
and.. no women should ever be called fat, not by themselves or anyone else.
So... I want to say you five are super brave for doing this and... you are all beautiful! i mean come on u are makeup gurus... sheesh of course u are beautiful!! :)
I love that you guys are doing this! I have been trying to loose weight too! So I can't wait to watch how you guys do. By the way, you will see the weight loss soon. You body takes about 3 to 4 weeks for it to show but it will because I did the same thing. So don't worry you will see it! :-)
are you compensating for soda with other foods? That's usually I do because I love soda and can't live without it and whenever I quit I always eat more food b/c i miss it so much, kind of like when you quit smoking!! One thing is you can drink sparkling water it's healthy and gives you that nice sparkling taste..
don't worry! after a while soda doesn't taste that great anymore! i can't stand it (haven't had any for over a year) and it's so good! same with my boyfriend and he is losing a LOT of weight
our problem was moving to texas and eating fast food all the time, because it was free. ugh we don't eat out AT ALL nows, so hopefully we'll see a difference over time.
I applaud every single one you for your courage in creating this. Weight is such a taboo subject for me because I'm embarrassed to discuss my problem (I've struggled since I was little, too). But I'm glad you guys created this and I plan on utilizing it for my own weight loss. :)
empty calories are foods and drinks you consume that are lacking in any nutrition. like if you ate a piece of cheese, it has calories, but there's also calcium and other good things you're getting from it. soda is just full of crap and a ton of calories.
you aren't going to drown yourself on water, you'd have to drink an ungodly amount. just stop guzzling any beverage, that isn't good for you anyway! drink slowly!
yeah, i can't afford to buy anything outside of paying for bills for a long time, my fiance keeps getting laid off and we're super behind. we have netflix though and they have tons of workout dvds on there!
I think you are beautiful!! Good luck on the weight loss! btw. I have a wii fit. It's fun to work out with that. You can even do steps with it while watching tv.
yeah, i'd love to have a wii fit, but we don't have a wii and are poor. i have an xbox 360, but it doesn't have anything as awesome as that. i can watch workout dvds through netflix on the xbox though!
omg .. i went thru the same grief weight thing , my dad died last year . i found him . he died of natural causes but it was awfull he left me painfully . and after that i gaind like 30 pounds and lost 40 within the year :D i run every morning and eat as healthy as i can . this channel would have been help to me a year ago . i dnt like the feeling of being alone in a situation
that's rough, i'm so proud of you for taking control of the situation though! my dad died almost 14 years ago, so it's been a long struggle with my weight, but i think it's time to take back the control!
i really should have clarified, mountains, not normal hills. hills would be fine, but i have bad ankles and knees from when i was a kid and the hills are SO steep, they're hard for cars to go up!

I don't buy soda at home...that way it's a 'special' treat when I eat out. I have water delivered to my house, so I always have fresh, cold water on hand. With the exception of the occasional glass of milk, it's all I drink.
My biggest issue is late night munchies and junk food. I can NEVER refuse chocolate....so I guess I'll just have to stop buying that too.
yes! i was talking to my fiance about that yesterday at the grocery store. i don't want to keep soda in the house, but if we're at a restaurant or out and i want one, i'm going to allow myself that small luxury.
buy the high percentage cocoa chocolate bars, they are so rich, it's hard to eat more than a few pieces! or a bag of good quality chocolate chips, same thing, too rich to eat more than a few at a time
Good luck hun. I quit drinking soda 2 years ago and lost like 40 pounds with just drinking water and watching what I eat. I think dancing helped me too. I gained some weight back because I got back on the soda. :( Now I drink Diet Green Tea from Lipton and Diet Cherry 7up don't know if it's good for you but I don't want to go back to the other soda...Of course I drink water too. You should try walk away the pounds. Maybe they have that on Netflix.
wow! i don't do any of the diet drinks because of the artificial sweeteners. i already eat pretty well, i'm just lazy and never workout. i think once i start getting regular exercise, it'll start melting off.
About the diabetes thing, I know you have said that your boyfriend is vegan before and it has been tested and proven that a vegan or vegetarian diet can prevent and even reverse the effects of diabetes!!
i already eat mostly vegan, which i will talk about in a future video. i eat tons of fresh veggies and fruits, and rarely eat meat. i eat fish and once in awhile chicken. i don't eat red meat at all and eat ham like once a year.
Good luck with your weight loss! I have the same issues with the whole boyfriend/college thing. I was doing so well with weight watchers over last summer then I went back to school and got a boyfriend and I just let it all go...
at least my fiance put on all the weight with me! he's still not overweight though, the little jerk! :D he was too thin when we met and now he's just right.
Soda is the hardest! I quit for over a year..... and that with dieting and working out I lost 100lbs. But started drinking soda again...got pregnant....had a baby...now drinking soda again after baby..... and now I have to start all over... sniff sniff!!!! I wish you tons of luck. I started alli last week and with that and dieting and working out when my lazy azz gets up... hopefully I can get to where I want to be
you can do it! losing 100lbs! that's INSANE!! i plan on having a baby soon, so that's my main reason for wanting to get healthy now, and so i can continue that through and after the pregnancy.
Not sure if this will help, but my guilty pleasure is reading crappy tabloid magazines. I motivate myself to go to the gym by only allowing myself to read them at the gym. I put them on the elliptical machine on top of the calorie counter area so I don't focus on that while I'm working out. Just work out and read about stupid celebrity gossip! It makes the time go by faster and its not as boring because I agree that working out is super lame without anything to do! Hope this helps :)
i can't afford to go to the gym or to buy the trashy tabloids, but i do read celebrity gossip online everyday obsessively. :x i usually turn it so it's angled at the tv and watch stuff on netflix, still boring, but i HAVE to do it and i'm sure eventually i'll stop hating it so much. i'm going to try other workout dvds too so i don't get burnt out doing one thing.
You're one of my favorite YouTubers (and we have a lot in common). I'm glad you're doing videos about your healthy eating/living stuff. Maybe now I'll stick with mine; I keep falling off the wagon.
I think you three ladies are awesome for doing this on youtube, I know you've got my motivation up and now more than ever I'm going to try harder to work out, and watch what I put in my body, I did quite pop but it only lasted me a week lol I'm going to try going down that road one more time, since summer if finally here maybe i'll start drinking crystal light or something refreshing like that :)
don't keep soda in your house and it should be easier not to drink it. if you go out and do get soda, only get one. that's what i've been doing and i haven't had any pepsi at all, which is my love. i've had a ginger ale because i was feeling sick, but i've been drinking mostly water and cranberry juice!
damn boys making us extra comfortable in our skin and helping us to eat way more than we normally would! haha!
well, what i meant by losing by not drinking soda is i won't be getting all of those empty calories. so i should lose weight by consuming 300+ less calories than i would if i was drinking soda, you know?
i doubt soda will ever lose it's deliciousness for me, but i defintely haven't craved it like i thought i would.
I've gone through what you went through only it was both of my grandparents who I was incredibly close by on my moms side. I'm 17 now and working so hard to lose weight. To see you guys who I watch do tutorials and look up to. Is amazing. You guys are really inspirational. Thank you :)
it's hard losing people you're close to. i lost my aunt, dad and grandma within a few years of eachother, so i really never learned to cope with those emotions.
i really hope we can help to inspire others to better themselves and join the journey with us! keep working at it and remember that you're beautiful already, no matter what the scale says. confidence will take you a long way and attract others to you.
i could, but i don't drink or eat anything with artifical sweeteners. i'm also trying to stay away from caffeine, which i will go into in a later video. :)
Chocolate and soda are my weaknesses too. I don't buy soda for the house, but whenever we go out I always end up getting it instead of tea or water. And chocolate...well, damn. lol It's chocolate. Best wishes for yall! I'll be watching and rooting for you guys! :)
anyone who knows me knows i'm a chocoholic! i find it helps to buy good quality chocolate with a high cocoa percentage... it's healthier for you and you eat way less of it, because it's SO rich. i need to tie my hands so that i don't bake cake and cookies, one of the downsides of being a great cook haha!
it really should help! i can't eat more than a few bites of it! you could also buy a bag of chocolate chips and only eat a few at a time. not taking the whole package with you of anything will help to cut down on how much you consume too!
ooo you have tattoos!! love it!! and i agree with you exercising is soooo boring! i need motivation for things like that and i basically have none hahah!! but maybe because of this i can. lets hope so! i agree it will make a difference because this is a great thing!
haha thanks! motivation is hard to come by when it's something you don't really want to do, but know you have to. hopefully i can talk my fiance into working out with me, so it'll be less boring.
I ♥ your honesty it really makes me want to understand my issues with my weight also. So far i have cut out salt also from my diet. =) kisses amy
i've been struggling with my weight since i was about 10 or 11, so it's been a long road to being able to be open and honest about it. one thing i really stand by is not to criticize your body, especially referring to yourself as "fat", it only makes you feel worse about yourself and gives the impression that it's ok for other people to say the same things about you.
I'm really glad you guys are doing this. I started trying to lose weight last September and I was doing really well and lost 25 pounds. Then I hit a wall and haven't lost anything since February. I think you guys will help keep me motivated as well so I don't get so discouraged that I just completely give up.
also i for this if your crazing something cold (like ice cream)just take any 100% jucie (not added stuff) and make popsicles or juice icecubes if your a bit hungry drink water but if you really want to MUNCH then you should eat a handfull of almonds- yum healthy breakfast:
oatmeal (which is gross by itself)- use water not milk (less calories), yougurt (plain- or flavored- watch how much sugar is in it) + any fruits u like- berries work great for me :-)
i don't really eat ice cream and if i do it's fruit sweetened soy ice cream, which is very very low in fat and calories and tastes DELICIOUS! so delicious has a huge range of them and they're all very good.
i definitely need to get some almonds. the milk stuff doesn't really come into play for me, i'm lactose intolerant! :D
I like your outlook on it; focusing on the healthy factor rather than the losing weight! I think that will help, I am going to try it. I quit drinking soda like 2 weeks ago... AHHH! One thing that helps me with the cravings are carbonated flavored waters from Wal*Mart :) Good luck to youuu :) Thaank god you didn't cry...because I am one of those chicks who cries when ANYONE cries. Lol
i plan on going much more indepth on the health thing in future videos and talking about eating habits. quitting soda hasn't been nearly as hard as i thought it would be or than it has been in the past when i tried to stop. i think it's because i've told myself if i really want one, i can have one, so it hasn't been a huge deal.
hell yeah, everyone should love their bodies! it's the only one we have!
My heart skipped a beat when I was listening to your video. My dad died when I was 11 and I turned to food for comfort (my mother also died when I was 8). I tried to lose weight through high school to only gain it back when college started. I lost 40 pounds but then I got a boyfriend about 2 years ago and I've gained almost all of it back. I'm definitely going to keep up with your progress. You just inspired me to get off my ass haha I can't wait to watch your progress. I know you'll do great!
wow, mine died a month before i turned 11! it's really weird for me to think that he's been gone more than half of my life now and it still hurts like it was yesterday. :(
we can do this together! i hope you remember and realize that no matter what size and weight you are, you're still beautiful! :) that's really important to me and i'm happy that i finally realized that a few years ago and have stuck to that.
Thats really weird, being 17 now my grand parents have been gone over half my life. So I know how much it hurts. It dose feel like it was yesterday.
Jeeze Jenna waay to make my tear up. That's totally true. I don't want to be one of those tiny girls. My thing is I want to get healthy. So I can keep up with some of my friends and as a band manager go on tour next summer. And you guys seriously are a lot of inspiration. You've got my support 100% . Thank you so much Jenna <3
u r so sweet, Im glad u didnt cry cause I wouldve cried 2 lol. Ive been trying 2 lose weight also. Its not hard, just tedious. I know how u feel about soda, Im a pepsi feen. I drink more water now cause the more I work out, my body kinda craves it but I still drink pepsi lol 1 or 2 a day. U know whats really good, take carbonated water & add a flavored syrup 2 it. Its like making ur own soda. Its healthier & its pretty tasty :) Good luck, I know u & the rest of the ladies can do it!!
aww thank you! quitting pepsi has been a lot easier than i thought it would be, i've been drinking juice whenever i've missed it and that has helped. i've been drinking almost entirely water though and am really proud of myself for that haha. thank you for the support, i know that's going to help all of us stick to our goals!
If you're not a fan of water. Head to Wal-Mart, and pick up some of their brand Crystal Light. It's sugar-free and is way cheaper. All the different flavors have helped me cut back on soda big time.
i'm actually fine with just plain water, i don't like crystal light or any other fruit flavored drink (that isn't juice.) i also don't drink or eat anything with sugar-free sweeteners in them, unless it's honey or agave nectar. i can't handle the aftertaste and also think they're just as bad for you. :)
You can do this!! I'm excited to follow your journey on this, and me along with many others will be here for support for you and everyone else on the channel. I've been in the weight loss community here on Youtube for quite a while now, and Youtube truly has an amazing group of people on here for support! :)
thank you, so happy that everyone so far has been super supportive! there is one girl i've watched on here through her weight loss, but she had the surgery. i'm glad we're being welcomed into the community with open arms and hope that we can all achieve our goals together! :D
If you have Comcast cable, there's an OnDemand section filled with tons of exercise videos.
Exercise is my weakness, too. I used to be really good at making it routine but eventually just fell off the wagon. I'm going to work on making it a part of my life; something I look forward to doing because I want to, not because I have to.
I wish you all the best and can't wait for your next vid!
i don't have cable at all, but i have netflix and they have exercise videos through the mail as well as for instant viewing, so it's similar! :)
yes, thank you! that's exactly what i am hoping i can make it: something to look forward to and enjoy! i've always hated exercising, so it's going to be hard, but i have to make it work, because i want to live forever! :D
I hate the treadmill too, it's boring as hell, I'd rather just go outside haha!! I'm off soda too, it's sooooooo hard, especially when my boyfriend it downing them constantly in front of me haha!!
it is so boring! i'd rather go outside too, but all of the streets around where i live have extremely steep hills. andrew and i went for a walk once and wanted to die, it made my back hurt sooo bad!
not drinking soda has surprisingly not been as awful as i thought it would be. i really only miss it at dinner, but cranberry juice is a nice replacement.
I'd totally keep up with the no soda. I gave it up once before and lost like 10 lbs.. but it took awhile before I noticed a change in weight. But I overall felt better. Unfortunately I went back to it.. and gained it all back. But I'm going to quit again. Also, Jackie Warner's workout dvd is insane. It is so hard, but amazing! Well good luck on everything. Thinking healthy is better than thinking thin!
yeah, i mean, i don't doubt that i'll drink it again sometimes, i just never want it to be a regular everyday thing again. last year, it was pretty much all i drank ALL DAY, which is SO BAD!
i'll check that out, but i'm not sure if i can handle watching jackie warner, i find her annoying!
You're awesome! I'm excited to watch your progress. I love Pepsi, too, and I need to quit it. I bought water on my way home from work, what a coincidence. You've given me a little reminder that I should be drinking *that* instead of the Pepsi. Anyway, I'm rooting for you!
thank you! :) the water is a lot easier when it's in the fridge and ready to grab. i have a 32oz fountain cup that i keep full in the fridge as well as a 25oz sport top bottle, which really helps.
Thanks for sharing your story. I cut out sodas as well... soooo hard to do! Instead, I drink sparkling water to try to get the soda sensation I guess? Anyways, since you have access to fitness DVDs, I totally recommend Windsor Pilates! When I had them and used them consistently, I ended up losing 20lbs and got amazingly tone... unfortunately I stopped and got lazy and stuff and gained a bunch of weight :-/ Anywho, good luck and I look forward to following you girls. We can do it! :-D
thank you! i was afraid i wouldn't make it through without crying, but i did! :D i've been drinking mostly water and juice once in awhile, mainly with dinner. cranberry juice is soooo yummy!
i definitely plan on checking out pilates! that was actually on my list of ones i wanted to try!

Tell me about the soda... liquid sugar!
But... I think the pushing point for me if when people around me start rolling their eyes and commenting ... " ah oh! Pip's on Sugar again!..."
Sigh...
Good Luck... I have just joined You Tube so I could subscribe to this... ^_^

yes! i was talking to my fiance about that yesterday at the grocery store. i don't want to keep soda in the house, but if we're at a restaurant or out and i want one, i'm going to allow myself that small luxury.
buy the high percentage cocoa chocolate bars, they are so rich, it's hard to eat more than a few pieces! or a bag of good quality chocolate chips, same thing, too rich to eat more than a few at a time

BlueSilence1985 2 years ago
wow! i don't do any of the diet drinks because of the artificial sweeteners. i already eat pretty well, i'm just lazy and never workout. i think once i start getting regular exercise, it'll start melting off.
ThruThickNThin 2 years ago
Yea I'm trying to work my way off those drinks though.

About the diabetes thing, I know you have said that your boyfriend is vegan before and it has been tested and proven that a vegan or vegetarian diet can prevent and even reverse the effects of diabetes!!
Just an FYI!!
LAthethug 2 years ago
i already eat mostly vegan, which i will talk about in a future video. i eat tons of fresh veggies and fruits, and rarely eat meat. i eat fish and once in awhile chicken. i don't eat red meat at all and eat ham like once a year.
ThruThickNThin 2 years ago
that's really good!!
Good luck with your weight loss! I have the same issues with the whole boyfriend/college thing. I was doing so well with weight watchers over last summer then I went back to school and got a boyfriend and I just let it all go...
Anyways, good luck! I know you can do it!!

Soda is the hardest! I quit for over a year..... and that with dieting and working out I lost 100lbs. But started drinking soda again...got pregnant....had a baby...now drinking soda again after baby..... and now I have to start all over... sniff sniff!!!! I wish you tons of luck. I started alli last week and with that and dieting and working out when my lazy azz gets up... hopefully I can get to where I want to be
nessa629 2 years ago 2
you can do it! losing 100lbs! that's INSANE!! i plan on having a baby soon, so that's my main reason for wanting to get healthy now, and so i can continue that through and after the pregnancy.

Hope this helps :)
rachgorsky 2 years ago
i can't afford to go to the gym or to buy the trashy tabloids, but i do read celebrity gossip online everyday obsessively. :x i usually turn it so it's angled at the tv and watch stuff on netflix, still boring, but i HAVE to do it and i'm sure eventually i'll stop hating it so much. i'm going to try other workout dvds too so i don't get burnt out doing one thing.

don't keep soda in your house and it should be easier not to drink it. if you go out and do get soda, only get one. that's what i've been doing and i haven't had any pepsi at all, which is my love. i've had a ginger ale because i was feeling sick, but i've been drinking mostly water and cranberry juice!

damn boys making us extra comfortable in our skin and helping us to eat way more than we normally would! haha!
well, what i meant by losing by not drinking soda is i won't be getting all of those empty calories. so i should lose weight by consuming 300+ less calories than i would if i was drinking soda, you know?
i doubt soda will ever lose it's deliciousness for me, but i defintely haven't craved it like i thought i would.

I've gone through what you went through only it was both of my grandparents who I was incredibly close by on my moms side. I'm 17 now and working so hard to lose weight. To see you guys who I watch do tutorials and look up to. Is amazing. You guys are really inspirational. Thank you :)
OhWhaoStephanieBeth 2 years ago
it's hard losing people you're close to. i lost my aunt, dad and grandma within a few years of eachother, so i really never learned to cope with those emotions.
i really hope we can help to inspire others to better themselves and join the journey with us! keep working at it and remember that you're beautiful already, no matter what the scale says. confidence will take you a long way and attract others to you.

Chocolate and soda are my weaknesses too. I don't buy soda for the house, but whenever we go out I always end up getting it instead of tea or water. And chocolate...well, damn. lol It's chocolate. Best wishes for yall! I'll be watching and rooting for you guys! :)
TalofaTeine1207 2 years ago
anyone who knows me knows i'm a chocoholic! i find it helps to buy good quality chocolate with a high cocoa percentage... it's healthier for you and you eat way less of it, because it's SO rich. i need to tie my hands so that i don't bake cake and cookies, one of the downsides of being a great cook haha!
ThruThickNThin 2 years ago
I'll have to look for the high cocoa percentage then to help maintain my not eating chocolate so much! Thanks for the tip! :)
TalofaTeine1207 2 years ago
it really should help! i can't eat more than a few bites of it! you could also buy a bag of chocolate chips and only eat a few at a time. not taking the whole package with you of anything will help to cut down on how much you consume too!

i've been struggling with my weight since i was about 10 or 11, so it's been a long road to being able to be open and honest about it. one thing i really stand by is not to criticize your body, especially referring to yourself as "fat", it only makes you feel worse about yourself and gives the impression that it's ok for other people to say the same things about you.

also i for this if your crazing something cold (like ice cream)just take any 100% jucie (not added stuff) and make popsicles or juice icecubes if your a bit hungry drink water but if you really want to MUNCH then you should eat a handfull of almonds- yum healthy breakfast:
oatmeal (which is gross by itself)- use water not milk (less calories), yougurt (plain- or flavored- watch how much sugar is in it) + any fruits u like- berries work great for me :-)
i am trying to lose weight n b healthy2
k40290 2 years ago
i don't really eat ice cream and if i do it's fruit sweetened soy ice cream, which is very very low in fat and calories and tastes DELICIOUS! so delicious has a huge range of them and they're all very good.
i definitely need to get some almonds. the milk stuff doesn't really come into play for me, i'm lactose intolerant! :D

Ahhh, diabetes runs in my family too. :(
I like your outlook on it; focusing on the healthy factor rather than the losing weight! Lol
LOVE your body! haha

diabetes sucks. my grandma had it.
i plan on going much more indepth on the health thing in future videos and talking about eating habits. quitting soda hasn't been nearly as hard as i thought it would be or than it has been in the past when i tried to stop. i think it's because i've told myself if i really want one, i can have one, so it hasn't been a huge deal.
hell yeah, everyone should love their bodies! it's the only one we have!

Its healthier & its pretty tasty :) Good luck, I know u & the rest of the ladies can do it!!
qtpooh83 2 years ago
aww thank you! quitting pepsi has been a lot easier than i thought it would be, i've been drinking juice whenever i've missed it and that has helped. i've been drinking almost entirely water though and am really proud of myself for that haha. thank you for the support, i know that's going to help all of us stick to our goals!
ThruThickNThin 2 years ago
If you're not a fan of water. Head to Wal-Mart, and pick up some of their brand Crystal Light. It's sugar-free and is way cheaper. All the different flavors have helped me cut back on soda big time.
KrystalBall11 2 years ago
i'm actually fine with just plain water, i don't like crystal light or any other fruit flavored drink (that isn't juice.) i also don't drink or eat anything with sugar-free sweeteners in them, unless it's honey or agave nectar. i can't handle the aftertaste and also think they're just as bad for you. :)

Hi Jenna!

I hate the treadmill too, it's boring as hell, I'd rather just go outside haha!! I'm off soda too, it's sooooooo hard, especially when my boyfriend it downing them constantly in front of me haha!!
rockerchick2719 2 years ago
it is so boring! i'd rather go outside too, but all of the streets around where i live have extremely steep hills. andrew and i went for a walk once and wanted to die, it made my back hurt sooo bad!
not drinking soda has surprisingly not been as awful as i thought it would be. i really only miss it at dinner, but cranberry juice is a nice replacement.
jennac0re 2 years ago
I'd totally keep up with the no soda. I gave it up once before and lost like 10 lbs.. but it took awhile before I noticed a change in weight. But I overall felt better. Unfortunately I went back to it.. and gained it all back. But I'm going to quit again. Also, Jackie Warner's workout dvd is insane. It is so hard, but amazing! Well good luck on everything. Thinking healthy is better than thinking thin!
jenmichellelin 2 years ago
yeah, i mean, i don't doubt that i'll drink it again sometimes, i just never want it to be a regular everyday thing again. last year, it was pretty much all i drank ALL DAY, which is SO BAD!
i'll check that out, but i'm not sure if i can handle watching jackie warner, i find her annoying!

You're awesome! I'm excited to watch your progress. I love Pepsi, too, and I need to quit it. I bought water on my way home from work, what a coincidence. You've given me a little reminder that I should be drinking *that* instead of the Pepsi. Anyway, I'm rooting for you!
