@TaZ101SAGA Its like £5-10 a month for a gun club, I go twice a week (air rifles on a friday and .22lr on a sunday, and 50 rounds lasts me about 2 weeks thats like £6 a month (If chambered in .22lr).
Well, shooting will be fun. To bad u have to wait so long. A group of us r going to a gum show this weekend and I think I am shooting my AR-15 and nosing Nagant 91/30
Today. Still I have to say the m53 rocks. I love it and I will have one. But it's kinda a lot of money so it will be awhile.
Well I'm glade u guys have a range u can shoot live rounds with. Good luck on getting a live gun in March + 6 months = September. I had to take a class to have a CCW and u have to take a class if u want to hunt here in the U.S. but not all states will let u have a CCW. And full auto ( class 3 ) is kinda hard to get and it's a lot of money. So we all have some shit laws over here. Again good luck on getting a firearm that u can shoot. I'll keep my eye out for u to post something. I subbe
@bbej4 Well feel lucky, because we cannot own automatic weapons here. Semi/full is only permitted for reenactment purposes. Also, I am not getting a live firearm in March, just going shooting.
Like the video. I am from the US and I had no clue u guy have a hard time getting guns that fire. Sorry man. That does suck. About the M53. We can get them and yes it's super hard. The price is between $2500-$3500. I will have an M53 one day. Again I have no clue about the laws there but can u go to a range and rent a gun to shoot? Again I do like ur videos just wish I could see u shoot. Come like at my videos. I'm subbing u so I'll keep my eye out for more videos from u man.
@bbej4 Yes, anyone over 14 can participate in large poor shooting and of course small bore for the young kids. There are a number of shooting ranges dotted around the country. I used to shoot regularly until a year and a half ago, when I started airsoft and have only been shooting once ever since. It's easy to shoot a firearm here, just hard to own your own one. I will mostly likely go again in March, because I miss shooting so hopefully I'll get some vids, maybe 1000 yards again as well.
I am aware of the laws in the U.K. (; used to live in Germany so yaa. When I was over there I was actually thinking of purchasing a deac, mg34 but I just waited till I got back to the states! Got my eyes on a semi auto fg42 a company here is going to start producing!
I agree Jerry, But I would like to find out the asshole who made new spec compulsory. It's crap you can't do anything with a new spec and you break the bank with an old spec. Anyway the government enforced new because apparently criminals could reactivate them. What shit! Apart from the very, very early deact (late eighties) No one would be able to reactivate. It would be pointless. A where are you gonna get the parts from? B Most working parts would need to be replaced not metioning the barrel.
@southparkcolts Also I think a criminal has more chance making a machine gun out of old boots then reactivating a machine gun. Criminals get their weapons on the black market not off of D&B Militaria.
@southparkcolts Good comments,I have many deac,s,mostly old spec I,ve bought as investments and paid through the nose for.Regarding re-activation,this is nowhere near as rare or diffucult as first thought.Baisic machining and milling skills, lathe, workshop etc it is possible. As for new parts, secondhand or new old stock parts are about out there.Look at the starting pistols and the like the hoods convert to live firers.Diffucult yes,esp nowadays, impossible?,I don,t think so.
jerry u should see the laws here in ireland for deacs to be using them for events or whatever u gotta send em to balistics and u may or may not get the lisence and they keep em for 6 months and if u get lisence then its only for a year and they maynt even return your guns at all
@TaZ101SAGA yes they are assholes and sometimes the irish customs might look inside the package and decide that u cant have it and they say they will destroy it and then u find out they have just kept it for themselves
@TheToccoaBreed But you can understand why the caution in Eire though bud, with all the trouble over there down the years, still plenty of potential "Roger Casement,s" about though.
My grandad has a lee Enfield SMLE (something like that ) I've fired it it's great but he's spending 100s of £ s a month in ammunition , decacts are a great way to own a historical/ modern firearm , keep up the vids
@Airgun1911 Yeah, the SMLE was the standard issue rifle of the British Army in the first world war. I agree with you, once you've bought the gun, there are no more required expenses and yes I can imagine! .303 is quite expensive, about £60 for a box of 100 Prvi Partizan lol.
Nice video, a lot of Americans don't seem to have a clue what goes on outside of their country, no offence to your friends, one comment I seen was on a airsoft gun review and it said "looks like SB798 took effect over there in the uk" he didn't have a clue about ukara
Its not that more to be honest, its like £50 for your FAC, and then £90 for a gun safe and £40 for a bullet safe.

@CHiiNupTV And then all the money for transport and training weekends, ammunition etc. I just don't have enough money.

@CHiiNupTV Yes, but then .22LR's are not my thing because I'm used to larger caliber guns, which are more expensive to shoot.
