Most people around here have no Idea what to do with snow on the roads. Me I would just drive normally, only I would break sooner and keep a longer distance in between cars. I wouldn't drive at 20MPH below the minimal speed limit! I swear that is so annoying to be behind people driving 10 MPH on 50MPH straight roads! I could understand if the road was only 2 lanes wide and had a million twists and turns but on 5 lane wide straight come on! Snow can be fun to drive in if you know what your doing.

Chains on the rear is not as silly as you might think. Sure its a front wheel drive car, but no traction at the front and no traction in the rear means fishtailing and lots of it. If they have enough traction to accelerate and steer, then it could be smarter to put the chains on in the back. Don't write it off as stupid just yet.

Seattle doesn't get snow every year. As with most of the northwest we mostly just get rain. Now I must agree, with how much rains in my region we should be used to adverse weather however were forever fucked. Now Re guarding this video directly, Seattle is on a series of hills, not unlike San Francisco. So lets see you guys drive a front or rear wheel drive vehicle with all season tires up a hill, bet you CANT!

Hey derek, being from seattle, we don't get more than 4 inches of a snow A YEAR--we got 10 inches overnight. To make things worse, we don't have the plows that you guys in NYC have. To make things worse it hovers around freezing here, which melts the snow and refreezes it in the course of hours. I dont care where you've lived, driving on ice is the makings of a disaster.
