The bible was written by the apostles and prophets of Jesus Christ. The first Christians were called was in the Antioch, Syria. This was before the Roman Catholic establishment. From there they put it together piece by piece. Also this time, the Greek language is the only language communicable. So they translated it into Greek and pass it to every Churches of Philadelphia, Rome, Ephesus, Corith, Thessalonica, etc. from there until 150 AD they translated it into Latin and was called Common Bible!
