The little microphone she's wearing, as far as I can see, is just a recording device more than an actual amplifying microphone. Check the top right corner, this is Finland's main TV channel. They obviously wanted the quality of both Tarja's voice and the piano to be as good as possible for broadcasting.

Hence I am pretty sure she's singing this song acoustically.
