Thanks man! I actually mainly use the older Boomerang+ ... the new Rang III is certainly better but I'm so much more comfortable with the older one. I've never used the Boss. Nothing is pre-recorded, and also no octave pedal. I just have it in drop-D tuning and turn the gain up on my Sparkle Drive and play soft and palm-muted. Thanks for saying Hi, and hopefully I'll get over to your side of the world sooner rather than later!

Is the Boomerang 3 worth getting over the Boss? I'm a singer/guitarist myself and I simply have to get a looper for live now!

One last question, are you using an octave pedal for the bass? nothing is pre-recorded i take?!
