help I'M looking for the PS3 CPU & GPU SIZE????? sow I can buy a GBA hot air nozzle for my aoyue 968 reflow station if you cand mashure THE cpu & gpu for me the nex time you open a ps3 please!!!!!!!!!
To hell with giving Sony $150! You're oven method is extremely risky bro but then again so is the Heat Gun method. I actually fix consoles on the side and I do it in a clean room environment at work. We put a 1 yr guarentee on our work. We have had minimal returns. To each their own though.
i know, but if you keep on doing the ylod repair again and again, your doing more damage than good, thats why the first time i did it, it lasted for 1 month, next time i did it, the ps3 life got shorter to 1 week, in the end i was like what the heck i might as well throw the whole thing out and save up for a ps3 slim
I told you the best way to fix it is buy giving Sony $150.00 bucks or cooking it in the oven and doing my process... It happen 2 me 3 times with the heat gun, I gave up the heat gun and use my oven. And its bean 3 months... And still playing almost on 24/7
For me it's worth it. It's up to you really. Are you skilled enough to do this? Do you want to save $150? You have to make that decision..not me. Thanks for watching.

u can place in the oven 451 for 10 mins its better because everything heats at the same time.

@buggeazy102
i did, otherwise your just gonna ruin the surrounding components,
your actually gonna do more harm to it , rather than good
beyblader10171 1 year ago
@beyblader10171 you have to have a steady hand when done pull the gun straight up not across the board well actualy thats how they fix it at sony
