Sorry that their "creativity and inspiration" aren't exactly what you want it to be all the time. They do what they want and write what they feel. They did play this stuff in Australia under TMV but I saw an interview with him saying something about how Warner Brothers own the name The Mars Volta so there's some sort of legal shit involved when doing anything under that name, so I think that's got something to do with why they were playing this stuff as the ORLG for a while.
