All I can say is, Fukuoka holds much to see and enjoy! I go there each year since 2007 and will return again in 2010 during Golden Week and stay maybe 5 or 6 weeks! If you go to Hakata Station, go up to 4th floor and visit Daiso (Hyaku yen store) and go to Mister Donut inside station, then go outside to Starbucks! I also like to take bus to Tenjien, for it is very nice area also! Can't wait to get back there, because it feels like home and i am not Japanese! Kiwotsukete ne!

Out of all the countries in Asia, Japan has to be the most boring. The place is way too gentrified and pricey. For real action, try Thailand and/or China.
The Gold Seal of the "Kan no Wa no Na no Kokuo (King of the Na State of the Wa [vassal] of Han Dynasty)" was unearthed at the mouth of Hakata Bay, Kyushu, in 1784.
It was found under a stone that was so heavy it required two adults to lift it. The discoverer was a farmer named Jinbei. (There is also a theory that the seal was actually found by Hideji and Kihei who may have been employees of Jinbei.)
It was declared a National Treasure of Japan, and is housed in the Fukuoka City Museum today.
Ill be in Fukuoka City in 2 weeks... this crazy, I can believe it <33

You're retarded, that's what modern cities look like you idiot. What did you expect? Wooden shacks inhabited by ninjas, samurais and geishas?
Travel outside your own country a bit before spewing your ignorant garbage.
