At 6:21 the note starts on D6 but then gets up to Eb6 with vibrato. I've heard him speak a B2 and a fry F2 too.

F2 - Eb6 = thats 3 octaves & 11 semitones . i got a feeling that there is more to that for chang, maybe a good D2 note or F6 or G6

The F2 was vocal fry, as what's probably the highest high tenor I've heard I don't think he can reach D2, if he had a 4 octave range most likely it would have been F2-F6.
