what's the best airline for legroom? if anyone knows please reply, im 6ft 6" and im travelling from london to adelaide and have options of emirates, singapore airlines, BA, qantas, cathay pacific and virgin atlantic.

@palmer567 lol well my best guest would be to go for the qantas,virgin or emirates, just none of the asian ones since they are generally smaller in height.

I was a FA for 30+ years and I was ceaselessly bowled-over by people who took their shoes off inflight [the smell] but then they would walk into the lavatories...shoeless! But I'll never forget the male passenger who stood outside a lavatory and then urinated into the open drawer of a nearby mobile bar. His inebriated excuse - "The lavatory door was closed but the bar drawer was open"!!!

It's still as cramped as any other airliner, at least for us common folk. Not impressed at all. I wish there was a competing means of travel to convential airliners so that airlines can start paying attention to economy class people as well. Im sick and tired of having to get up every time somebody sitting next to a window needs to go to a bathroom on an 8 hour flight.

@vojkanstrasni sorry,it not like any other airliner at all,i have been on this plane,it more space,comfortable and quiet !!talking about to go to the bathroom!!! i 8 houres fly u may need to go 2 times so it not soo bad :)

the new krisworld installed to the new a380-800 has got plenty of films, tv shows and new albums.Plus the kids can play on games like mario which keep them occupied for hours. everyone can be watching different movies at once .

Singapore to Saudi Arabia? I doubt so, not even for Hajj charter flights. If you're heading off to Sydney or Tokyo, its worth trying them though.

If you're heading to London or New York, Emirates is your best bet.

No the Singapore Airlines A380 does not fly to Saudi. Only flies from Singapore to/from Tokyo, Sydney, London, and starting this summer, Paris.
