Actually, this song is named "Lux Aeterna" (that's Latin for Eternal Light). This song was on a soundtrack named "Requiem For a Dream". The movie was named "Requiem For a Dream", the soundtrack was named "Requiem For a Dream", but this song was named "Lux Aeterna". Still, for some reason, people keep calling this song "Requiem For a Dream" :). It doesn't really matter, but it's a funny fact.

lol, I have a feeling all the comments saying stuff like "you're such a pro, you make this seem so easy!" are people who never actually learnt how to play piano.

He's playing the much simpler version of the song, which would be great for people on 1-2nd grade beginners. There's an advanced composition of Luz Aeterna for piano, which also has cello and violin accompaniments, which is incredible when done well.

I believe some of the really low note might have been slightly out of tune, and that is probably what your hearing, and that is often found in most pianos, it's very hard to get those strings in tune, and for them to stay in tune.

Good job, i like this song tones, I've learned it myself, but i didn't quite do it like the music says, I simplified the left hand part and changed around the arrangement, maybe I'll have a video soon.

its quite easy tbh, the only thing i had problems with was: picking out the chords near the end section. Plus, the octave leaps might challenge u if u dont hav big hands.

This is really good playing, and the playing is very fluent and contains a perfect amount of emotion and drama. The only thing I think I can tell is I believe, at the beginning, there is supposed to be a crescendo to add to the dramatic build up of the first chorus. But I can also understand why you wouldn't play it, even if you did know about it. Great job. ^^
