@Mediumchild I use a toothpaste called "Meswak" made out of a plant from India which is used since ancient times.. people used to chew it. but I buy it in an organic foodstore and I live in France. But, search the internet for organic toothpaste.; they are all normally without fluoride.

Most filters do not remove it. Distillation can remove it. Stills can easily be made from a pressure cooker and copper tubing.

Toothpaste is not required. Brush with a basic mouthwash such as original Listerine. If your teeth get stained and you want to remove it, occasionally use some baking soda instead. Don't go overboard using baking soda every day though. It can remove too much of the enamel from your teeth if overused.

Actually you cant just dismiss it for the vacuum tube screens. They had flicker rates of 50 or 60hz as you know, 50 -60hz /10 = 5-6 hz alpha.
