Propper time and place? The constitution does not say that! Any law or statute etc. made that is unconstitution is not a law at all. They are not required to follow unconstitutional laws, whether the police, judges, etc think differently or not. Sometimes sticking up for your rights is not easy and consequences from others will occur. You must be brave and stand up no matter what. Good job guys, keep fighting for your rights.
i asked a cop one time what would he do if god came hear on earth this is what he saidi would arrest him or her for being an illeagle alien if he didnot show me his paper work to be hear but this is a tenn cop what kind you expect from them any dam way
lmao not a surprize that every comment on this video is negitive u need to find the shut up zone, and your blocking the fucking sidewalk and the fact that some tourist that wanted to jus visit the libray has to see the fuckin comic book sidewalk convention makes u fuckin annoying, that cop had a look on his face like what a fuckin loser haha fail like to see u hippys hide behind those cops if something went wrong.lol go back to the 7 11 in front of harvard sq that can be your non shut up zone
Love the nerd rage!!!!! Hahaha. Groundless. Move to an area were the "peace officers " deem it peaceful for you to exercise your rights. They wont bother you, and will let you make yourself feel better about yourselves.
Cops hate the first amendment. Most of them are stupid and don't give a rat's ass about our rights. Why don't they let the protesters be? Police make up the law as they go along. Bottom line, they don't like the protesters or want them there.
Dude, you can protest but not block the sidewalk or traffic. Its being inconsiderate and inconveniencing other people. You will lose support of you annoy people.
If any of these obnoxious liberals actually READ the Constitution instead of just regurgitating what their Communist friends brainwash them with, they might realize that the place and time of free speech may be restricted without infringing upon said right. You cannot block sidewalks or entryways, cause disturbances, etc. while exercising your free speech. Why didn't these fools spend time addressing the people walking in instead of arguing with police? Please, liberals, stop paying your taxes!!
That was a great job guys. I wonder if any of those police officers knew what they were doing was bull shit. I think it is a good idea to have a lawyer well versed in the Constitution at every protest.
freedom of speech good job but the cops are just abusing the powers

Those protestors reminded me of the cafe scene in the first Star Wars.

great footage---i was there; the cops have no ground to stand on when interefering with the first amendment.
