Never give up and don't say that to yourself. Just keep going. If you do 5 SETS of 45 PUSH UPS every day for one week, on the second week you will be able to do 5 SETS of 50 PUSH UPS and every week you add 5 extra push ups to each set and doing so you will be able to get to 100 easily. Try it. Go for it and don't let your own mind put you down, you are the boss of you.
I would like to see him do 190 pushups with pushup bars going the full range of motion instead of half way down. Then if you want to kick it up a couple of notches put on a 100 pound weight vest.

Thats awesome conditioning!!! I recently been doing sets of 100... Sometimes i do them all the way to the ground and other times i do them down to a 90 degree bend and back up.... Great endurance workout... Your endurance is crazy keep it up!!!!
I noticed that in the video and I am now doing my push ups slowly and going all the way down to the ground, and like that, I do 5 sets of 100 every day, so that is 500 push ups every day. Thank you for watching the video.
everyones got their own limits on everything for those saying that their girly pushups theres always going to be someone bigger stronger and faster than you so shut the fuck up..this is pretty impressive by the way dude..what I like to do is mix up as many pushup variations do like 10-20 reps for each variation you should give it a try

Awesome buddy.You re a tiger.When I was in the army 10 years ago I used to do 100 in a row and about 1000 per day.Now I cant do more than 30 in row.Of course I have gained some kilos since that time.You re giving me the courage to start push ups again.
When I was 19 I used to do 400 a day, 100 each in morning, lunch, tea time and before bedtime. My record is 125 straight off proper press-ups. I once did a thousand in 1 hour, in batches of 25 with a short rest between.
Since then I put weight on, aged quite a few years and got ill with chronic fatigue. I got better by changing my diet to mainly fruit and vegetables. I'm now doing 100 a day and can do 75 straight off. I'm beginning to feel fantastic again!

Also my wife is next to me counting the push ups and there is cars passing by in the background to make sure people don't think it is a video EDIT. I have to admit, slower push ups are a lot harder. Keep up the good work. I do 300 Reps. when it comes to sit ups on an Inclined Bench. I also do 300 Reps. doing Leg Lifts. I will post one of those soon so you can see. @hpdragon723 That would be impressive, to see how many leg lifts or situps you could do in a 10 minute video. Also try the leg lift and hold for time like "gonzomax1" does. I think the youtube record is 6 minutes. If you can hold yourself in pushup position for over 5 minutes, your abs must be really tough enough to try that!

Never give up and don't say that to yourself. Just keep going. Awesome record! Keep it up! Never give up! And yeah I do like this song from Disturbed. But this song is from The Thompson Twins. But I like the version from Disturbed better, it ROCKS!!!!!!

oh and i forgot to say i am 13 so is 70 push ups good?
i do it at his speed and can do 70
i do it at slow speed i can do 30 - 35

I uploaded another video titled: 100 SLOWLY DONE PUSH UPS. Check it out, this time I did not go that fast. I am doing my push ups slowly and my chest touching the ground. Also my wife is next to me counting the push ups and there is cars passing by in the background to make sure people don't think it is a video EDIT. I have to admit, slower push ups are a lot harder. Check it out and let me know what you think.

@pokerockman Wow,thats funny because i'm thirteen and i do 70 pushups too.Do you do sit ups,and how much if you do?

Keep up the good work. I do 300 Reps. when it comes to sit ups on an Inclined Bench. I also do 300 Reps. doing Leg Lifts. I will post one of those soon so you can see. I have decided to record my next videos with people, cars, etc in the background so that nobody thinks that my videos are Edited, all my videos are the real deal, there are no tricks at all. I just let my camera roll and I do my workout. Thank you for the comment. Take care.

@hpdragon723 That would be impressive, to see how many leg lifts or situps you could do in a 10 minute video. Also try the leg lift and hold for time like "gonzomax1" does. I think the youtube record is 6 minutes. If you can hold yourself in pushup position for over 5 minutes, your abs must be really tough enough to try that!

@Scottdahockeyman15 Well i've improved to 75 from last week... but i don't do sit ups :P people say its not that good of an exercise...
