  • Retarded audience!

  • thats fuckin creepy waiting all these dickheaded scumbags to do what she's askin'em for

  • This is from 1990 and NOT from 1976 - but much later - still Montreux.

It is also one of the bonus tracks on the DVD by the name of Live at Montreux.

And the name of the song is Liberian Calypso.

The musicians: Al Schackman, music director, guitar/vibraphone; Paul Robinson, drums; Leopoldo F. Fleming, congas/percussion.

  • Al Schackman, band leader, guitar, vibraphonf

    Paul Robinson, drums

    Leopoldo F. Fleming, congas

  • The white audience was being defiant.

  • this is indeed 1990. ;) it was an "extra" on the dvd of her "montreux" performance. :)

  • the melody reminds me of '' Jamaica Farewell '' , by Harry Belafonte ... nice videos of him on Youtube

  • This is just too DAMM GOOD!!!!!!!

  • Ah right, this part was only attached in the same DVD but it's surely not in 1976.

  • mmm,

It may be possible to deduce the decade of the recital, by visual assesment of Miss Simones bodyfat index.

    favorite.

  • This isn't from 1976. I think it's 1990.
