I've seen too many retarded statements comparing games to Dead Space, can't let this one go. It's not remotely close to Bioshock, the only thing remotely resembling it would be the helmet on the main character of Dead Space, which changes according to the level of suit. As for RE, only RE4 had something even close. Dead Space doesn't have zombies, it has aliens that use dead tissue to create whatever is needed, sort of like evolution. Dead Space is nearly completely original (see: Event Horizon)

As for Doom 3, Doom was about people opening Hell by accident and demons killing everything. The closest you can get to Dead Space with that, is the fact that it doesn't take place on Earth (Doom was on Mars). I may not have played Dead Space yet but I have a good understanding of it's plot and as I've played through Bioshock I can tell you the only similarity is they're both horror games. Taking two games from the same genre and saying they're the same for the sake of it is the equivalent of taking Halo 3 and Medal of Honor and saying they're the same because they're both first person shooters.
