@olivers64 Really!! I dont really see the difference, clothes still fit the same (shrug). I lost 5 pounds in a week at the time i made this video but only because i got sick but thats not my advice to u at all lol. Overall just the same 5lb weight loss since the summer. I'm really not trying to lose any.
