  • Damn. I am amazed by his push-ups. I couldn't really do much push ups. But as i train more the more i find myself able to do more than what i have imagined. Now i can do many push-ups(more than 50) as i am still a 16 years old boy. Hahas.

  • This guy is a MACHINE! I use this video for Navy SEALs training, All I need is some Pull up advise and how to improve the dead hang pull ups, I would be honored if a video or a response came by!

  • 16 year old C/AB who recently joined the Civil Air Patrol, I'm going to try this out to help me on my PT test. Recently I've dropped 50 lbs and now ready to get fit. I can max out 20 pushups though, so it's going to be a struggle, but it's better than being able to do zero just a year ago. I visit gyms frequently to help me out as well. I gotta say though, the first type of pushup in this video is tough

  • I'm giving this a go. At the moment I can crank out 30 proper pushups before my form goes downhill, I've found it hard to pass that though.

    Regardless of what position you're going for, good idea to easily exceed the IPFT to reduce the risk of injury and not making training any harder for you than it already will be!

  • my wife is going into the national guard (in DEP now), and this helped improve the number of pushups she could do. She went from 10 to being able to do 40 in a month. She is also using your other videos and finds them to be a great help in getting ready.

    I've been training kickbox for a long amount of time, and had professional matches till I had a big knee injury that doesn't give me the strngth or the possibility to run longer than 2 minutes without it jumping out...so I started to do pushups, I got like 40kg from when I stopped with my kickbox trainings because I was in full shape , 95kg, 198 cm tall, and when i stopped i started to eat more etc. now I'm doing pushups and thanks to you I'm regaining my shape.

  • i tried this and made 4 circles of approx 30 pushups, ofcourse at the start i could make much more (about 40-45) in the end i made 26 and was fatigued. i hope it will help. try it out!

  • It's hard for me to do "proper" push ups when I have a gut and a big ass lol. They say you need to keep your ass down but its hard when you have both of these problems.

    Do as many sets as you can do, resting 3 minutes in between sets, and resting every other day for recovery purposes. HOOAH!

  • its ok man just do as many as you can one day then give a day rest then next day do more and you will get better

  • Damn, he makes pushups look so easy. He could probably host an entire show while doing pushups. Cooking with pushups. "Alright, now with the oven pre heated at 450 we'll place in the roast. It should be ready in about 4,000 pushups. If its not fully cooked then put it back in and check the temperature every additional 300-500 pushups."

  • dont do it fast, make it slow. keep your back straight. When you do slower, your muscles are tensed more. So you gonna do less but its better, cuz it improve your muscle strenght
