All good characters. It's hard to make a list of the top 10, since there are clearly more than 10 good characters. I've been watching a lot of Groundskeeper WIllie and Lionel Hutz lately. Hutz is hilarious, totally underrated as a character. As the guy below me put it, RIP Phil Hartman.
