Tried and true, it works with every armor ability. You just have to jump when doing it with the abilities like armor lock and bubble shield.

@metalsonic71 you could do that in halo 3 but you still had one arm up and it looked gay and also they didnt put in lowering with no weapons it's a glitch remember? and lowering with no weapons looks the same as lowering with energy sword and it looks like you're holding an empty energy sword but with no handle so you're technically lowering an energy sword :D
