Steps For Glitch

1. Stand next to enemy

2. Hold down throwing knife

3.Click knife button while still holding throwing knife

4. Press Y to cancel everything out

5. Move away from person only far enough they show up red it crosshairs

6. Quickly click knife and immediately hold down throwing knife
