This is more than hilarious. you find oil traces on a street where cars run and get to the conclusion that there is oil in the rain? Way to go, master brain. It is not even raining in the clip.
Here's how you can find out, if your theory is correct. Next time it rains: sample some rain. Catch the rain in a glass, not from the street.
And a gutter smelling strange, is what a gutter should do.
