Very nice machine. I used to own a BJ60 in Canada ( 4 cylinder 3.4 diesel ) and sold it at 370,000km ). Very tough machine; never quits ! Most of the people that comes here to see the video on LC are men; keep the shirt on if you don't want to end up with one big pervert stalking you !

Yes, this is the stock original 4.0L Turbo Diesel Engine. Is has been modified with intercooler and a raise in turbo pressure to 0.9 bar. Further it has a 3" Stainless steel all the way through without any mufflers (best sound ever). Further I have changed the injection nozzles (Original Nippon Denso installed)! I guess that is it (-: New pictures uploaded today!

No, nothing done to the fuel pump!

Yes, it is working perfect. I have driven 245.000 km like this (the engine has 378.000 km). I drive around 650 km a week and also use it in the forest to haul wood out, pull the boat etc. never gives me trouble.

The good thing is that at norm driving you dont use more boost than the stock 0.55-0-6 bar, but giving it a little more on the throttle is boost up to 0.9 (cool and fast)!

The stainless steel all the way I must say is some of the best spending I have done. Sound great without beeing too loud and gives around 20 hp! And you never have to think about changine any parts!
