As someone who was born with Glaucoma and has had 16 eye surgeries throughout my life, I have a more intimate understanding of the eye and it's systems than you do. I am not a doctor or scientist but it is science that has maintained my sight for 37 years, such as it is. If all I had to depend on was prayer you wouldn't be reading this. Using your logic, why don't we have 2 hearts or 2 livers? Why not one leg to hop around on? It's by evolution that these systems have adapted out of necessity.

As someone who was born with Glaucoma and has had 16 eye surgeries throughout my life, I have a more intimate understanding of the eye and it's systems than you do. I am not a doctor or scientist but it is science that has maintained my sight for 37 years, such as it is. If all I had to depend on was prayer you wouldn't be reading this. Using your logic, why don't we have 2 hearts or 2 livers? Why not one leg to hop around on? It's by evolution that these systems have adapted out of necessity.

However, The New Testament of The Bible is by all objective standards, the most reliable document of antiquity(written before 1455). There are 14,633 full or partial manuscripts of the New Testament. Compare that with the #2, The Iliad by Homer, which has 643 manuscripts.

Sickle cell is more prominent mutation in African Americans.
Some people are born with eye mutations, such as discoloration.
It also takes form of discoloration of the skin.
Some people have hair that is better suited for different environments, dry and wet. Compare an Afro man gene to a Blonde gene and you will see very many differences in consistency which is obviously an adaptation that took very little time.
Evolutionary adaptations can be seen such as Body Structure, Blood pressure etc...
