@jjenblom I was talking more of the Netherlands relaxed drug laws resulting in lower addiction, violence, and obese prison systems than any other draconian drug war states bar none, and Switzerland regulated legal prostitution which also has remarkably low crime and STD statistics.. .. And 12-14 obviously is a ridiculous age to legalize. Unless entire regions work together in decriminalization/regulation yes, It would only concentrate the market in one area making any "product" valuable.

I have to agree with alot of people about Ferrari smiling at the end after reporting about Delila being paralyzed for life. I think that its a token smile that she was probably taught to do when ending a report. She nor anyone on production didn't stop to think that in the sad nature of the report that the smile wouldn't be appropriate. It does make her look detached but I think its just a thing she does all the time before signing off. Kind of like a force of habit. She wasn't thinking there.

@jjenblom I was talking more of the Netherlands relaxed drug laws resulting in lower addiction, violence, and obese prison systems than any other draconian drug war states bar none, and Switzerland regulated legal prostitution which also has remarkably low crime and STD statistics.. .. And 12-14 obviously is a ridiculous age to legalize. Unless entire regions work together in decriminalization/regulation yes, It would only concentrate the market in one area making any "product" valuable.

As far as Switzerland, the number of young Thai women sold in to a life of prostitution is over 700 yearly, many fall victims to health problems and since they cannot speak the native language usually die. This is also a technique that the pimps and traffickers use,exploit women who are not familiar with the country their in.

I happen to know Patricia. The last time I saw her was 1996 when we were in Rikers Island together. Know what she told me? Take a plea deal and go to treatment...you owe it to yourself. And I listened to her. I have had a steady job and paid taxes since 1997.
