This video shows how the hate group "Save Manasas" influenced Corey to push the Legislation. The two of them made a mess in this County. Enforcing Federal Law is for for the Feds, anything else is racism
MobergNixon-go to your outhouse or something. This isn't ENG 111. We are typing fast and make mistakes. You know... like President Nixon... mjoey77 has some very good points. mjoey77-they are afraid of stating their real stand so they go off on tangents and try to upset you. They have pot bellies and are frustrated because they have a lame job. These people never argue facts. They simply use hearsay or personal opinion.
By 2005 non-Hispanic whites were 54.2% of Prince William County's population. 19.4% of the population was African-American. 0.5% was Native American. 6.4% of the population was Asian. The growth of the Asian population was numerically and as a percentage of the total population in this subgroup dwarfed by the growth of the Latino population which was 18.0% of the county's total population by 2005.
At this rate, no one will have insurance, benefits, 401k, nothing, well maybe goverment jobs, but if illegals are in the job market, it will eventually affect everybody.
People dont believe it will happen, but with out laws that is where we are headed.
It doesnt matter anymore really, the usa is going to be hurting, the dollar is going to crash/oil is going to be 200 barrel/.
Thank nafta and clinton/bush for our destruction..
mrpm..While the immigrant population is the highest it's ever been in absolute numbers, it isn't so when compared to the equally increasing total U.S. population. Since the beginning of the 20th century, the percentage of immigrants has fluctuated within 5-15% of the U.S. population. As of 2006, immigrants are 12% of the U.S. population. (U.S. Census Bureau, "Historical Census Statistics on the Foreign-born Population of the United States: 1850-1990."
You can try to blame the immigrates all you want but the truth is the U.S. has had health care issues for a very long time. The reason our Real Estate industry is a mess is because of bad banking guidelines used during the rise and investors now have nothing to invest in so they go to oil. That's why the oil price increases. We are short labor across the county but illegals are not migrating as much.Hmm...We need them and they need us. It's that simple.
I don't care if you don't believe me, Go to the boarder, stand by the immigration office and take a poll in Juarez for yourself, Instead of making up things to say.
You represent the problem the world sees with the USA, You think you know everything but the truth is you lie and make false blanket statements to try to prove your agenda.
Great way to show your intelligence, talk about the words in my statement and not the statement. I guess to prove your points you have to try and personally attack me somehow to prove your agenda.
The truth is you made a blanket statement about an issue that you are clearly one sided too, then when I rebut your statements you come with personal attacks, it shows your demeanor and ignorance on the subject.
I do have an agenda, I spent almost 5 years intrenched in a broken system. It pissed me off along with everyone else i spoke with involved in the process.
You say you spent 5 years stuck in a broken system,do you think millions of illegals are helping the system or hurting it?
What about the 6 million plus trying to do it the right way, do you think it is fair to them?
The system is not pefect but the usa has laws, what does say about millions disrespecting those laws.
The jobs are more the employers fault, if you can pay a illegal 7.00hr vs 12.00 for american, and not pay insurance, they are really bringing everbody down with them.
What isnt fair is the current system, i cannot blame ANYONE for trying to avoid it, It is broken clearly, out main focus should be reform not berlin style fences.
it makes one wonder about the illegal alien fuss. Are great numbers of our unemployed really victims of the illegal alien invasion or are those illegal tourists actually doing work our own people won't do? One thing is certain in this hungry world; no regulation or law should be allowed if it results in crops rotting in the fields for lack of harvesters."
Ronald Reagan
From a Radio Address entitled "Apples," dated November 29, 1977.
Maybe you haven't talked enough of them, I for one have been heavily involved in the immigration proceeding on the boarder and know NO ONE who feels it was fair and decent, and almost all after the process understand why people ignore it.
Just saying any video we shoot will be more credible if we find a person who has the point of view you are describing -- rather than a person who can offer hearsay: "I know a lot of immigrants who agree with me." For what it's worth, I met a young man who was Chinese/Latino mixed who said he supported the "crackdown" even though he had been racially profiled by PWC police. He went to court got a bogus citation dismissed. And he still supports the Resolution. Sadly, he refused to do an interview.
If you truly are an immigrant, then of course it's not a tactic, it's a point of view. That's why I'm eager to interview you. I'd like to meet a person who really is an immigrant who will take that position. I've encountered so many who will log on and claim to be a Latina woman for instance. But when I ask them for interviews they decline. So if either you or Doctorate are indeed ethnic and/or immigrants, let's meet up for an interview.
Hey Doctorate, thanks as always for contributing to the discussion here. This is Eric. We'd be happy to interview you or Moberg. Moberg, just so you know, Annabel is an immigrant, and a legal one, from Korea, as is everyone in her family, and almost everyone she works with as an organizer for the Korean American community. Trying to drive a wedge between different immigrant communities has been a hit-and-miss tactic -- mostly miss with Asian American immigrants.
9500Liberty, I must say that I am quite disappointed in the obvious bias you portray in many of your videos and your channel as a whole. Immigration is not real issue. It is the illegal entry into this country. If I am not mistaken, you fail to mention that anywhere in the description or elsewhere on your page. I wait for the day that some of these posters will see the truth instead of screaming their usual race-rants.
Stewart looks extremely uncomfortable in the video. The full consequences of the PW Co resolution and of a close affiliation with HSM are starting to dawn on him. Unfortunately, all of PW County including responsible civic leaders will also pay the price of the horrendous policy enacted last year.
HSM seems to be about seizing power rather than listening to people with opposing views. According to the Constitution and
the Bill of Rights we all have the right to live as free citizens. Instead of trying to impose dogmatic viewpoints on each other, lets all discuss the issues for once. This is why I like what Eric and Annabel are doing.
We could all learn something from them. I certainly have.
His friend whipped up this frenzy and the anti-immigrant sentiment in Prince William. The board members sat silently as one after another HSM member came forward with comments that were RACIST and what they're objecting to are the personal comments directed at them. Personally, verbal attacks against board members are one thing but racial comments during Citizens' Time should have been immediately addressed instead only Stirrup objected to the foul languages of a Hispanic lady.
I really admire Caddigan. She didn't speak up when anti-immigrant racists disgraced themselves in the Board Chambers last fall, but then no one else did either. And as Stewart says, it is the protocol not to respond to such things. In general, the Board did not show very much courage when the anti-immigrant lobby was at full strength. But now that it is weakened, they are all standing up, even Stewart to some degree. Caddigan is the bravest. And I agree, Stirrup is a disgusting coward.
I thought everyone knew Greg was a notorious hate group cult leader. The only question is, where does Corey fall? He's always contended, "My constituents want the police to be their own personal Gestapo, I am their elected leader, therefore the police must be their Gestapo." But what will he SAY now that pubic opinion has turned against the Immigration Resolution, and now that the Chief has said he doesn't want to lead a Gestapo?
Caddigan is the most courageous member of the board. The only one who stands up to Stewart, Letiecq, and the rest of the mob hysteria bullies. She is a gutsy lady and a great leader. Caddigan for Chairman!
Caddigan for Chairman -.- The next time you talk to her, ask her why hundreds of commuters IN HER OWN DISTRICT don't have enough parking spaces in the morning. Oh, and have her say the answer in front of those commuters. Now let's see some "courage".
Well there ya go. GL saying John Stirrup and Corey Stewart PUSHED through the legislation. But Stewart denies knowing about the blog? He's not racist, eh, but he affiliates with a racist group? He's so full of crap it's spilling out his ears. Someone please take these people to court. Annabel and Eric, film THAT.

Mr. Stewart is back-pedaling. He needs to decide if he serves Help Save Manassas or the people of Prince William County.
