This is a 50" model unlike its previous models this one is not susceptible to burn-ins and image retaining a new technology has been brought to these Tv's called pixel-shifting i'd love to get into the details but i'd rather u concerned people look it up on wiki for a more detailed explanation.And wow the glare seems normal especially being kept in such a sunny room, and considering it being viewed through a cam. or could it be your's is coated with an anti-glare filter? Great TV BTW.

@charleywhite theres a lot of fucking nobheads on this site - a tv is a tv, I have the same plasma, I paid 600 quid for it just before xmas last year... Little bit of image retention, you get that in CRT TV's but if you know what you're doing you wont get burn in... LCD are wank, the colours look processed and the blacks look white.

well mines a plasma and ive had burn ins a bit with it with the hd like if your playing halo 3 the radar will burn in like i said samsung have had alot of probloms with the lip sink with the surround and the tvs, i had the same problom i got an lg one its alot better but maybe samsung have sorted it maybe it was just that modle in genral the risk is yours just keep the recite just incase ok buddy
