Hi hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Nice vid man but if you wana intensify the bear crawl workout if you have hardwood floor use a towel to slide across the floor on all floors keeping your legs locked.
Dunno if ur still responding to these buut i just had a question...Is there a diet we should maintain along with this workout to obtain "robert downey jr. results" ? I read sumwhere that Brad bose said to keep it under 2k calories per day...is this all? Or is there a certain diet we should follow?...thanx in advance..
@Muhneds I would start at home make sure you develop a habit, set a time aside to do workout and commit to it. Btw it takes about 2 weeks to develop a habit. Let me know if you did join and if it help. Good Luck.
Nat, someone asked about frequency of this workout and I didn't see a reply. I'm curious, too. Is the idea to do this full circuit a few times a week? Or do you break up the sections into different workouts?
Would you recommending doing this whole set once, everyday? The only thing that would make me rest, would be trying to remember what workout comes next haha
@persianhobo Sorry I thought answered this. thought I answered that question.
Workout two to three times a week. Don’t repeat exercises, the objective is to keep your muscles guessing and burning by hitting them at different angles.
Avoid this workout on days you work back and legs.
Back and leg workouts engage the same muscles groups that you will
use in these exercises.
Choose 2 exercises from each section, mix and match. Try not to repeat the same exercise twice. My blog has full details.
Sorry for writing again, it was a long video. What would you consider as a better pushup? Keeping elbows in or flared out? The Bear Crawl is a great Parkour Exercise. I can see how someone can get into an Iron Man Fit, because of the intensity this workout. Makes me think of a full body burnout. Great Video, great instructions as well not to mention the alternatives. Makes things more compilable. Awesome Jump by the way.
This is a longest video I ever made. I try and keep them short, but with all the explanation that was needed it had to be a little longer. I am also trying to make sure that I leave the information up on the screen long enough to read. For you push up question for me it's preference. When your elbows are closer to your body your focusing more on your chest muscle. When they are flared out your incorporating other muscles into the movement.( Shoulders, triceps and back muscles.)
Never considered the Bent Over Rows as a substitute for Cable Rows. Thanks. I like the Cable Rows and consider it as a great exercise. Now I can try this as a substitute.
One Alteration I learned for steps was to get a simple block the size of a step, and start stepping on that, switching the feet. Example: One leg touches step, other touches floor, and then switch, so then other leg touches step while other touches floor. Great alternative for the Stairs, and great coordination workout.
Hey BG, Thanks for the response the step climber replacement is a great suggestion. Something I will try. This routine is a killer, you will start feeling it when you hit bear crawls. BTW this is my first HD video hope the quality is better.
