Maybe I should clarify. I believe that you can be victimized and feel bullied if you are helpless and unsure of what to do to help yourself. However, i would hope that as an adult a person would have enough self confidence and knowledge to not allow themselves to be bullied. Ie: talk it out woth the "bully", seek help from professional agencies etc. I don't think anyone should allow another person to intimidate and push them around when they are mature enough to put a stop to it.
