@jenee19 i used to live in england and i played rugby for a year, but one thing i have to say is in gridiron, the helmet and pads don't really do much, i've broken ribs UNDER the pads (which by the way don't cover as much as it looks like) and almost everyone gets at least once concussion per season in football and you get these nasty ass bruises on your arms from peoples pads and helmet hitting your arm and sprained ankles are way more common in gridiron, but they are harder in different ways
