Sorry to have to disappoint you flyboi2kool & the remaining supporters of Ashlee, but a portion of my family is from DC & I work in the music industry & this song does not belong to Ashlee. The 1st version of this song came out way earlier than Ashlee's so called release & I'm not the biggest Go-Go fan but all Go-Go is not sampled. samples and covers are different things. as long as credits are given in the notes, covers can even be released in many cases on CD. But particularly at shows, you're allowed to sing songs from other people. Samples are when you're using the actual music and voice of another. A cover is when it's you playing the music and doing the singing, of someone else's song. Most singers sing other people's songs anyway, so its always been a part of the business.
