I saw this video because Ia m having a similar issue. Child protective services call and tell the family they are coming. They called my sister and she had time to call and bitch out my mom before they got there. then she posted on facebook that she "passed with flying colors" I video taped my nieces talking about everything there mom does when she drinks alcohol. CPS wanted nothing to do with the videos
If they're being tipped off before DHS gets to the house, then you need to collect as much video evidence as possible. Get a web camera on that house 24/7, make copies and send them everywhere. To the police, State Police, news stations, etc..
God that is such ashame it saddens me to see kids neglected but to have special needs kids and to neglect them.... what is wrong with people these days i have a brother inlaw he was adopted he suffers from really bad CP and when he's not in a wheelchair to go to school and the doctors he's in bed all he can do is yell and hollar he laughs i love his laugh and his smile is so wonderful it can brighten up a room. I've been learning how to help take care of him he loves spongebob too :)
