I wouldn't say the drum setting were taken from the movie Drumline, but I would say the stick acrobatics are from The Top Secret Drum Corps. They set the bar high, and this was pulled off very well....Good Job.
people you have to remember that they are only a grade 4 band... having talked to some of them they said it was the wrost performence they've done and they were unhappy at the amount of sticks the dropped.

This fanfare is not coppied off the movie drumline at all, I know the movie drumline well, comparing the 2 critically, i can identify 2 little things in this that are similar to 2 things in the movie drumline, being the first bar played by the quads and alittle bit of a move is similar in the middle somewhere. these make for a very tiny fraction of the set. I don't think you should take away the creative abilities of this lot.

for the sake of accuracy I'd say that the guy on the left end drops a stick at 44". But ey!, who cares! This was indeed a fantastic performance from this Bellingen group, so a few sticks dropped here or there don't minimise their great work.

Grade 4 is the level of drumming. 5 is the lowest, and 1 is the highest level.
