Populations that have fluoridated water have better dental health. The studies are pretty conclusive on this. There is an 18-40% drop in cavities when fluoridation is introduced to a population. When levels are naturally too high (yes, it occurs naturally) municipal water suppliers lower the percentage. As far as mercury, you're exposed to more mercury via food and air than you are from anything else.  Take a deep breath and relax.

Not really, in my response I already mentioned how that is the ONE video on the net where mercury was mentioned as good. Secondly, its not the heavy metal mercury we all saw in our 10th grade science classes, its the natural occurring mercury in Fish and even traces found in the water that they are using.
