This is a great commercial. Very rarely do you see one that really sticks with you.
(As an aside, when I first saw it, I thought it was some kind of spoof commercial for IKEA, with everything falling apart as soon as you touch it.)

The animation / visualization in this commercial is jaw dropping! As a director of an architectural animation studio, I know how much efforts goes into making even a simple home interior look convincingly real. The detail that went into this 'exploded' view animation is mind boggling! Well done!
