To me the dogs just want to meet. Their barks are at higher pitch. I don't see any aggression. Due to the restriction caused by the leashes can cause agitation. The pit just wants to meet and the dobie wants to start play. I love pit bull due to their loyalty which makes them a great family pet, public service worker, military dog, and therapy dogs. It is the loyalty which people abuse to make them fight. Dog fight are done for selfish reasons and not for the benefit of the dogs.
