Declaring yourself resident of your state won't work either; you're still screwed. That's because the state consitutions state that they are in deference to the U.S. one, plus most state constitutions only recognize INalienable rights (those that can be taken away) and not UNalienable rights.

But the 14th did not, nor could not, overturn, nor even "broaden" the class of citizenship delineated in the main body of the Constitution. In the end you're right that we're all slaves now. Yet not because the Fourteenth made anyone an involuntary slave. But because it offers voluntary servitude to all willing to submit themself to its jurisdiction.

Additionally the corporations of the 19th and early 20th varied in some important ways with those of the late 20th and early 21st, at least in their formative stages, if that is what your focus is on. Discussions as to the interplay between govt and corps during different times is important for constitutional analysis.

Regardless where in the world, there are only two "classes" of "political jurisdiction", i.e. either "sovereign" or "subject". And so after studying law & the bible for 20 years, I believe (as our founders did too I'm sure) that all men (no matter whether in captivity or not) have the God given right to be (and/or to become) sovereign. And so therefore, even those in "federal territories" have the same right to assert their own sovereignty (and to fight for it too if need be) as we did in 1776.

You're right. The law only requires a company to request an SSN and not require one. But unfortunately most don't care what the law says, even after you show it to them. And will refuse to hire you without one. Which is discrimination. Fortunately there are winning cases on our side which have been won by the EEOC, even as recently as '01 in Virginia. But oddly, because of one lone losing case in California in '99, they've been declining to accept any new petitions. Which doesn't make any sense.

But pursuant to 26 CFR 301.6109-1(c) you may sign an affidavit on the transmittal document to the IRS so stating a request was made in compliance with this provision, but that an SSN was declined to be given for reasonable cause, and not willful neglect. Furthermore, IRC 6724(a) states no penalty shall be imposed with respect to a failure to obtain another's number; when shown by affidavit that such failure was due to reasonable cause, and not to willful neglect.

Since one's parents signed a birth certificate, and a newborn baby did not voluntarily enter into 14th Amendment voluntary servitude, doesn't that render the contract null and void? To my knowledge, birth certificates, in & of themselves, are not adhesion contracts. Whereas my studies have shown them to be commercial documents like a Bill of Lading when a ship berths itself at a dock and unloads its freight. And so, I for one am convinced they do create a constructive trust whereby the parents relinquish their trusteeship over to the government. And that, in conjunction with an SSN, which is an adhesion contract, is what gives Social Services jurisdiction over our children.

If the U.S. Constitution is what established this country, or it's functioning, then what stands if there's disagreement, is not the bills afterward, since the basic Constitution basically stands unchanged. If the rights of the states are enumerated, then it's not an official amendment to the Constitution as in altering it, but added bills. Therefore presidentally are the untouched limitations on government, presiding over the others.

The remedy is in reconvening state governments. The "people" in states just went away as patriots I know say. However some states have dully recognized, legal national entities outside of D.C. The N.C. Republic reconvened and have been recognized with all documentation by the Supreme Ct.

They found in their library where the N.C. governor resigned under duress after the civil war (and stated so). They reclaimed the original state constitution (not the illegally rewritten and coerced one). So, the N.C. Republic has a governor and other offices. However, they cannot vote in National elections of the U.S. corporation. . . .

Trouble is... if you do read them, understand and apply them you are treated very badly by police and the courts.

Education is the key; then action. Do what you can and others will follow. More people learn every day. Just keep talking to people giving them bits of info here and bits there. Don't overwhelm them. Look how well young people responded to Dr. Paul's campaign. The cat is out of the bag but it's up to us to wake people up. Keep learning & talking. We will do it!

'responded', you make it sound like it's all over. The precinct captain project is alive and well, if we obtain enough delegates Dr. Paul will have an opportunity to speak before the delegates and that is what this whole thing has been about- not the popular vote.
