Don't forget in VIII in one moment the Odin gets killed(if you have him at that point in the game, this won't work if you get odin after this event), instead Gilgamesh will come at start of the battlest at random(Odin did this before, but Gilgamesh has more options, so he is better)

@emokidmercedes If you get Odin before you fight Seifer in Lunatic Pandora, Odin tries to Zanetsuken Seifer, but Seifer cuts Odin in half. Odin's sword goes flying in the air. Eventually, if you defeat Seifer or let the battle go on for a while, Gilgamesh appears with Odin's sword and talks to Seifer. He than swings his sword and Seifer is blown away, ending the battle.

Gilgamesh becomes a random summon in battle from than on, and uses either Zanetsuken, Masamune, Excalibur, or Excalipur.
