ive been there and done it myself i feel so sorry for the kids with big smiles on there face's doing there country, queen and flag proud but not realising the horror and the things they will see and experience that will scare them for live... but keep your chins up and do us proud boys .x. its only like £2.00 for a band so please buy one it all makes a difference.

If you read this buy a H4H wristband & wear it with pride, it means a lot to any service person who sees it in a supermarket or pub etc. They know that you are supporting them. Matters not if you think the war is just or not. It is not political, it is just about helping the wounded to put their live back together as best they can. my dad was in the army and sadly he was killed when he went to afghanistan. i miss him so much i am only 12 and my brother is only 8 it was a sad time 4 the family but we are getting alot of help from others. i just wanted 2 say that all the other heros out there thank you for risking your life to help others like us, i love you daddy and hope you never forget us since now my brother is doing okay at school, but i have been badly affected x x x

Just did a 100 miles burdened march, to raise money for H4H. We walked with 65lb packs, like our guys put up with everyone.

It was hell, I dunno how they do it day after day!

Raised over 2500! Its amazing! So glad I did it!
