This is awesome! My bf is 2 months away from coming home, wish I would have known about this earlier in the deployment... although he's already got 3 guitars over there now! LOL. GOD BLESS!!!

great idea! we did a variation of that last year with the G.I. Woodshop, Inc. because my little bro over there kept asking for screws, nails, saw blades etc. we have now branched out to other things that they keep asking for. if anybody is interested, we just posted two "how-to" videos for sending packages overseas on YouTube. just search "reekonet" to find "sending packages to US troops in Iraq" and let us know if they help. the DAV Chapter 57 helped us. - reekonet
